Howa-Legacy HGR92542MCC MultiCam Heavy Barrel Bolt 6.5 Creedmoor - 24" Barrel, 5+1 Rounds

Process with Buds was smooth , took about a week from payment to receipt at my chosen ffl. The rifle itself is solid , especially for the price. Cerakote is well done , bolt is smooth , trigger decent. The stock is OK ...nothing great , but then again what factory stock on a rifle in this price range is " great" ? Would recommend

Great gun, topped with a good optic, this gun is capable of sub MOA groups. Shot it out to 800 with success, have gone beyond that because of limitations I put on myself when hunting. Trigger is good and with a break, gun doesn't move. Love it

Broke this rifle per legacy instructions. I have only shot out to 700yds but 5 short group in a 6 inch circle I’m a howa believer! Amazing rifle.

Good rifle. Cerakote makes action on bolt a little rough. It took about 200 rounds to break in, but I can shoot under 1.5" at 200 yards with reloads. The stock is nice too, but the overall package is heavy for hunting.

The Howa Multicam rifle is one of the best buys in the firearms industry. It comes with many features that are normally only found on much more expensive rifles. This rifle in 6.5 creedmoor is the base for my long range target/hunting rifle and will require very little work to achieve this. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Ive been looking to get a rifle chambered in 6.5 creedmoor and couldn't decide on what to get. I own Remington, Winchester, Savage, CZ and they are all great rifles. Ive never owned or even handled a Howa before. I really liked the looks and the specs of this Howa. I was looking for a heavy barrel with a 1-8 twist so I can shot the 143 ELD-x from Hornady. So I gave the Howa a try. First thing I noticed out of the box besides the very well done cerekote job was how crazy smooth the action is. I loaded some rounds and it cycles through the rounds so silky smooth unlike any other factory rifle I own (except for an old Remington 721 from the 60's). The HACT 2 stage trigger was also a pleasant surprise. Very clean and crisp. Feels to break somewhere around 3 pounds which is exactly where I want a precision hunting rifle to be. The multicam stock looks cool but I may swap it out for something better in the future. This being my first Howa has made me a fan and this definitely will not be my last as they have some other great offerings that others do not, like their mini actions. Ill be getting one in 6.5 Grendel or 7.62x39 next. 5Stars on the Howa 1500 and as always 5 Stars for Buds with their good pricing and fast shipping
