This rifle was pretty much what I expected for the price. It looks nice, but it had the roughest bolt I have every seen. The stock is flimsy and feels very cheap. Other than the rough bolt I'm happy with the purchase. At the range wasn't great either, but this is a project rifle and expect better results after a few upgrades. It shot 1 1/2 to 2" groups which is ok for a SS rifle in this price range. The trigger is fine. It adjusted down to just under 3 lbs. I covered the bolt with JB's bore shine and worked it until it was black and then did that 2 more times. It's really smooth now. I reinforced the stock with epoxy and the barrel is free floated, so I'm hoping the next range trip is a little better. If it shoots decent I may get a Boyds stock for it. As for Bud's, they usually have the best prices and their service is excellent.

Perfect, another great deal from Buds, rifle arrived new in box, will run a box of ammo next week at the range once I mount the new scope.
