This model also features a direct-impingement gas operating system with a rotating locking bolt, an A2 flash suppressor, and an aluminum quad-rail forend. The M400 SRP removes the front sight tower and replaces it with an M1913-railed front gas block, so it's perfect for those looking for an optic-ready platform.

Absolutely and without question a top-shelf AR from Sig. I own several Sigs and the continue to impress me at every turn. This particular gun is solid and a fine piece of work. It shoots sub-MOA and I could not be happier. If you are looking for an affordable AR and shoots straight right out of the box....look no further. I will certainly buy again from Buds AND Sig.
