The Browning BL-22 I received from Buds is a very nice lever action 22LR, shoots great and very accurate. I have a Henry Frontier and the Henry is nice but the quality of the Browning is just way better. I look at it like the Henry is something that you could pass down to your kids. But the Browning you could pass down to your greatgrandchildren. 5 stars for the Browning BL22. A couple things though. I knew what I was buying when I ordered this Browning, it`s a Grade 1. The picture as of 8/15/12 is of a Grade 2. The Grade 1 does not have checkering on the stock or engraving on the receiver and no gold trigger, just a heads up. The Browning deserves 5 stars

OMG, I love this gun. Yes, it's just a 22, but it is so solid, and feels like a piece of furniture in your hands. It's a bit short for me, but I'll tell you what, It's incredibly accurate. Must be the weight that absorbs nearly all felt recoil, and the plain old iron sights are easy and dead on. Great fun gun or for the range .... I just wish that someone would make a 22 lever action that had a side load (like the big calibers!).
