Ruger's Collector's Series 10/22 carbine rifle features a limited time, Collector's Series bolt marking, Collector's Series street sign, $25.00 ShopRuger.com gift certificate, "A Father's Advice" mini-poster, and Collector's Series pin. The rifle features the Ruger Modular Stock System which includes a low comb and a standard length of pull module. This item incorporates the Scout Rifle-style accurate sighting system with ghost ring adjustable rear aperture sight and a protected, non-glare blade front sight, and Picatinny rail for mounting optics. Reliable feeding is provided by the patented 10/22 detachable rotary magazine which is easily removed by engaging the extended magazine release. The Collector's Series 10/22 utilizes a positive, push-button, cross-bolt manual safety and a cold hammer-forged barrel that is locked into the receiver by a unique two-screw, V-block system.

This rifle is superb! I love almost everything about it especially the ar-15 style sights and picatinny rail. last round hold open would be nice as well as a better bolt release but i love everything else about it so much that i can easily overlook these two minor gripes. Feels solid shoots like a dream and is spot dead on at 50 yards. the fit and finish is splendid. I passed on the 10/22 a few years ago because the synthetic stock felt cheap and flimsy in my hands but they nailed it on this one! had to have it! its my new favorite. GET ONE!

Just got this rifle, and out of the box seems to be very great quality. the peep sights are awesome. A blast to shoot. Got it home and had put about 500 rounds through it. Then had a couple of problems. The rear sight became fairly loose. and also the bolt that holds the action and barrel to the stock was very loose. No big deal, tightened them up and functions flawlessly. I had mounted a Nikko-Sterrling target scope 4x32 on it, and will reach out to 100yds no problem, knocked the red out of a target, 1-1.5in grouping. With sub-par ammo remington thunderbolts. Put some CCI mini mags in it and accuracy improved a lot better due to more consistent ammo. All in all the rifle is a very good buy. Nice that its a collectors edition and comes with the plate, letters and other stuff. Buds was pretty good on the shipping and took very great care of the rifle.
