Rifle itself is excellent. Accuracy is 1MOA. Trigger is outstanding. Barrel was well floated. Stock was very flimsy, required bedding and forearm reinforcement, but has a good pad. Drop is too much, requires cheek pad to obtain correct eye placement, but this is true of _90% of rifles on the market. Bolt runs smooth and fast. If you aren't afraid of bedding a rifle yourself, it's a steal.
I had to make use of the buysafe guarantee. The price I paid was $455, dropped to $436, then for about 5 minutes, was as low as $411 before being corrected. I captured a screen shot at $411 and BuySafe was very easy to get the $44 difference refunded. Fast, quick, polite, nothing but the best to say about it. Never mattered to me before because I never had a price change more than a few bucks. But I can tell you, the buysafe guarantee makes sure that you are getting the very best price for the firearm.
Sold the Nikon for $150, got my $44 back, prorates the gun price to $261, and you cannot find a better gun for twice that price.
