The 835 Ulti-Mag Tactical Turkey is finished in Mossy Oak Break-Up Infinity, it has an adjustable stock, and 20" overbored barrel with the X-Factor ported choke tube. The 835 was the world's first 3.5" pump and was built from the ground up to handle the most punishing magnum rounds. Two decades later, it still defines the category it pioneered. It also features dual extractors, twin action bars, positive steel-to-steel lock-up, an anti-jam elevator.

I ordered the Mossberg 835 Turkey Tactical for my son's 40th birthday. Unfortunately I only gave the a cursory glance gun before giving it to my son. The rear fiber optic sight is loose and no way to tighten it, the front sling swivel stud is missing and the butt stock shell holder was loose and the screws stripped. This is an American made gun and at $550 I am more than disappointed in Mossberg's quality control. Bud's service as usual was great as they got the gun to me quickly, just wish Bud's had to time to check guns more closely before they are shipped out. I will now contact Mossberg and see if they'll rectify the problems with this gun. (Buds does not open new firearms in our facilities, this is to ensure the integrity of the product as it ships from the manufacturer. Let me start by saying thank you to buds for the service they provide they prettymuch have everything the avrage gun lover is looking for at a price that is unbeatable! This is my second purchase from buds and they are great. Now the 835 mossberg tky tac it's just bad ass the action is tight but smooth especially after it's worked in. The trigger is clean no creap and a light pull. The tac style adjustable stock is awesome and they don't tell you you can remove a screw and have a pistol grip the adjustable stock is removable. I am a big fan of mossberg shotguns but the 835 is just on another level the 500 and 535 are nice but they just are nothing like the 835. This is a gun you can use to defend your home or hunt turkey or shoot clays. Great gun great shotgun!!!
