The Daniel Defense v7 is one of the companies latest additions to our M4 rifle family. With the incorporation of their new Modular Float Rail (MFR) 12.0, this rifle provides each shooter with the ultimate in modular adaptability. Should the shooter desire, the tube can be run "slick" with an uninterrupted top rail that runs the length of the tube. In addition, the 3" Modular Picatinny Rail sections allow the shooter to customize the rail set up.
This configuration of the V7 does NOT come with sights. Upper receiver is Mil-spec with indexing marks and M4 feed ramps. Chrome-moly Vanadium steel, cold hammer forged, chrome-lined barrel no sights. Phosphate coated. Mid-length gas system. DD Flash Suppressor. H Buffer. Pinned low profile gas block. Modular float rail 12.0 with three adjustable Picatinny sections. Lower receiver is Mil-spec with enhanced flared magazine well and rear receiver QD swivel attachment point. MAGPUL MOE buttstock and mil-spec receiver extension. MAGPUL PMag magazine in black. Comes with custom full-latch Impact plastic case. Made in the USA.

Extremely Great Rifle!! Daniel Defense products are top of the line. I had an issue with one of the bolts to the floating rail. Called the company directly and they sent me a replacement free of charge. This rifle is light and versatile. A must have.

Daniel Defense adds nice little exras with regard to the bolt carrier and firing pin. Nice trigger. Great quality and value for the price. Working with Buds and my local FFL was smooth and easy. All around great service.

Took about two weeks for the initial processing to go through, having never purchased a firearm online, I don't know the standard. However, after it was shipped from Bud's it took 5 days, pretty normal. Transaction was seamless. Went to my buddy at my FFL, looked the gun over, filled out paper work and was squared away. My FFL having an established rapport with Bud's also made me feel better. All in all, everything was good to go.

This AR is amazing. It is super light, accurate and beautiful. I have mine under eight lbs with everything added, including an eotech. I was a little concerned spending so much on a rifle but it was well worth it. I had a DPMS Oracle before the Daniel Defense and this one is way better. I would not be afraid to buy a Daniel Defense again.
