Just picked this up from Buds last month. The transaction was smooth and the shipping was fairly quick to my FFL. Thus far I would say I am very happy with the rifle itself. This was my first AR-15 style rifle and I know I won't be done. This rifle DID come with the detachable carry handle which is not pictured. This rifle has a lot of positive features that you get on rifles priced 30% higher. The only problem that I have to report is that Charles Daly has gone out of business as of 1/31/2010. That leaves the lifetime warranty that comes into this rifle in question.
