I seen this shotgun in a sporting goods store and made the mistake of not buying it on the spot after i got home i realized i really wanted it but before i could get back they had sold out. after about a week of panic searching i seen buds got them in and it was a little less than i would have paid at the other store. so I had them send it to there store and i came and picked it up. it took only 1 day for them to receive the gun. i have sense put around 150 shells through it and it has ran beautifully. its the smoothest pump shotgun on the market in my opinion. not many aftermarket parts for it but id still take it over a 870 or 500/590 any day. I would also like to thank Buds for excellent customer service!!!!!!!

Excellent fit and finish on the shotgun. Cycles very smoothly and is a pleasure to shoot.
I will probably buy a second Winchester super X pump.
Buds service and delivery were prompt considering the volume of sales they have.
Receiver was not drilled and tapped, but I like the sighting system as designed. The front sling
attachment point on end of magazine rotates 360 degrees, so you need to consider
this for clearance if attaching a wide sling, so any non-fabric composite/metal front sling fitting will not be hitting the barrel
as sling bounces around during use; I used heat shrink plastic on sling metal attachment to cover a possible contact point with barrel.

Recieved this shotgun today and was extremely disappointed. I believed the Buds Guns and winchester when it was advertised as being" receiver drilled and tapped" It was not!! This weapon is no different than the 1300 8 shot I already have. I bought this weapon because of product loyalty, however, I will no longer purchase winchester products. Two reasons: It is not made in the USA like the other 1300 I have, and misrepresentation of product. I should have bought a Mossberg!
