Very nice good quality gun

Kimber Eclipse Custom II — First Impressions and Real-World Experience: I’ve always had a soft spot for 1911s. There’s just something timeless about their design, balance, and trigger feel. Over the years, I’ve owned and shot several models, each with its own charm and quirks. But when I first laid eyes on the Kimber Eclipse Custom II, I knew I was looking at something special — and I had to find out if it shot as good as it looked. If first impressions are snapshots, the Kimber Eclipse Custom II is a masterpiece. From the moment I first saw it, I was struck by its elegance — the sleek lines, the contrast of the finish, and the overall balance that just demands a closer look. Once I finally bought it, I realized the looks matched the fit and finish perfectly. This pistol is a pleasure to hold and shoot; it feels as good as it looks. My only complaint is the thumb-safety finish. After long shooting sessions, it tends to irritate the skin near the base of my thumb (around the metacarpophalangeal joint). It’s not a deal-breaker by any means, but it’s worth noting if you plan on extended range time. Other than that, the Eclipse Custom II is an exceptional luxury 1911. Compared to the other 1911s I own, this version offers more value for the money. From the Meprolight Tritium 3-dot night sights and adjustable premium-aluminum match-grade trigger to the match-grade carbon-steel barrel, everything about this pistol speaks of precision and attention to detail. It’s incredibly accurate straight out of the box and surprisingly easy to shoot — even for beginners. Whether you’re looking for a 1911 that delivers performance, aesthetics, or sheer satisfaction, you just can’t go wrong with this gun.

Blem condition should have been added to the description. Two long silver scratches on the bottom of the matte black finish frame.

Best gun I currently own. Looks beautiful, perform as it looks. No reserves. Highly recommended.

This is my 3rd purchase from Bud's, A+ service all 3 times. This is my first 1911. When I received it from my FFL I was taken back for a moment on the beauty of this weapon. The picture on here does not do it any justice. I immediately took it to a firing range where the pistol performed flawlessly! First shot was dead on, I could not believe how accurate this baby was. I was only able to get 100 rounds through it but never had any problems. I will say the only hiccup I had was it would not feed with 8 rounds in the magazine, but I think this is due to a tight spring in the mag. If you are considering this gun, Do It! It is well worth the money.

THIS IS ONE OF YHE FINEST PISTOLS MADE BY kIMBER, IT REALLY STOOD UP TO THE TEST ON THE RANGE AND OUTDOOR SHOOTING. tHIS IS JUST ANOTHER FINE EXAMPLE OF kIMBERS qUALITY MADE FIREARMS, iT IS VERY ACCURATE AND IS AND ALL AROUND COCEALABLE FIREARM FOR THE CONCEAL CARRY PERSON LIKE MYSELF. i WAS REALLY IMPRESSED WITH THIS FINE FIREARM!!
