  Alan, no Sir. The Alloy frame does not clear MA's Melting Point Laws. • Q: I have a new? about just purchasing the .22 lr and then if I wish getting a .22mag cyl. later-- will that normally be a timing problem with adding that cyl.or would I normally be ok -- Thanks for your time as I never had a revolver before with being able to change cylinders -- Brad

  Brad, you are welcome my man. You would more than likely be fine with the timing as Heritage have picked up on their quality control lately.

  yes you can you can shoot 22 short 22long and 22lr just clean the cylinder good after shooting the shorter ammo

  sorry David its not on the Ca DOJ list infact there are no legal Heritage arms guns in CA https://www.oag.ca.gov/firearms/certguns

  Hello Michael, i looked at the Heritage website and found the owners manual for Hertiage Rough Rider. It included the barrel length that is with your description. By the owners manual information you can get a 22 WMR cylinder for this pistol. RR22MB4 is the number for the same pistol with the cylinder included here at Buds.

  Yes Randy, CA law allows: *Permissible handguns that are NOT on the handgun roster: Single - action revolvers that have at
  least a 5 round capacity with a barrel length of at least 3 inches and an overall length of at least 7 ½ inches are permitted.
