The Home and Office Series from Winchester Safes offers big protection for smaller valuables in a size suited for limited spaces. These safes feature 75 minutes at 1400 degrees F fire rating, three layers of fireboard in the door, three layers of fireboard in the body, a Palusol heat-expandable door seal and external barrel hinges which allow complete fireboard coverage as well as 180 degree door swing for full access into the safe. Home and Office series safes are U.L. Listed for burglary protection with a U.L.-listed Residential Security Container and a U.L.-listed lock. This series features a 12-gauge steel body with composite door construction, including a drill-resistant hard plate 60-61Rc, and an auxiliary relocker to resist tool attack on the lock. A single lever handle engages the multi-directional, gear-driven bolt system which operates 10 locking bolts made of 1.25" solid steel. External barrel hinges allow for 180-degree door swing while retaining complete fireboard protection.
