I bought a Bushmaster model 90827 in Jun 2017 as my first ar15. First time at the range I put 49 of 50 shots on 5-12”steel targets at 75 yards thru the factor sights, no adjustments. Sweet!!!! Have shot a mixture of TulAmmo steel and Fiocchi FMJ 223 no problems. I continue to love shooting this rifle. Bud's was easy to work with, I ordered online, then picked up and paid at the Lexington store. Great folks and facilities.

For the money you spend you get a cheap plastic hollow vertical grip with no instruction on how to ... Had to YouTube.. The instructions are for a patrolman which isn't the exact same gun. The sling aka the strap they give you is garbage would have bought a cheaper fun if I'd known the accessories were so low quality. haven't shot yet I'll review when I do.. FYI I paid $835 don't go crazy for this one.

The very first round I attempted to put through this rifle it jammed.. and it continued to jam throughout my entire range session. I was very disappointed. I took it to my buddy's house shortly after and we found that the bolt was horribly dry. After thoroughly cleaning/ lubing it up we took it out for another try and it shot like a CHAMP! The rifle itself gets 5 stars I love this baby. Im giving Bushmaster 3 stars for selling a completely dry, non functional rifle, to a paying customer. This rifle was supposed to be brand new, you'd expect it to have SOME oil in it already.. at least enough to be able to fire its very first few rounds...but as stated earlier I'm just glad that all it needed was proper lubing. But still, if you're going to sell a brand new rifle, please make sure that the customer will be able to fire its first few rounds before it needs to be cleaned/ oiled again.

Bought this gun a month ago. Took it to the range and on the first bullet the gun jammed because the casing got stuck in the chamber. Went home and polished the chamber with some oil and a wire brush. Went back to the range and worked like a charm! Buds shipped fast and the transfer was super easy! Thanks

Haven't fired the rifle yet. Mapul enhancements are factory installed. Excellent rifle at a great price. Excellent service at Buds.
