Based on the 22 Hornet cartridge case, the 17 Hornet propels the 20 gr. V-Max at 3650 fps. Fueled with Superformance propellent, the 17 Hornet. Superformance Varmint is economically priced, and delivers the trajectory of a traditional 55 gr. 223 load, but is a pleasure to shoot with the felt recoil of a 22 WMR. I have never ordered ammo on line before so this was a first. I needed 17 Hornet for an upcoming prairie dog hunt and thought I'd give it a try. The process was easy and fast. Shipping cost were appropriate for the weight of the ammo and it was delivered within 10 days. I didn't even have to wear a mask to order it!!

The best hands down .17 cal. Hornady V-Max ammo and was able to get from Buds tried to get from another source but un-able to should have checked Buds first little delay but not that long would recommend Buds for all your needs

Very accurate ammo! I can put 3 shots in a dime at 100 yards dumps. Dumps coyotes on the spot.
