I received the rifle nad the next weekend, mounted a scope and went to the range. After sighting in at 100 yards, I shot two 5 shot groups that were .75 inches.. I am pleased with the rifle. The trigger could be a little better, but I'll try to lighten the pull before the next target session

First the good, and there is a lot that is good. Superb accuracy with a caliber that is great fun to shoot, though it is WAY pricier than .22lr ammo. The rifle is beautifully made. CZ tells you on their website that the bores on their rifles are intentionally tight which makes them very accurate, although a bit fussier to clean, especially the .17 which requires dedicated cleaning rods, hardware and patches. I love this rifle, and was very pleased to find it in a lefty. As for the not so good--the bolt was very hard to close. It required a very firm push forward before you could push the bolt handle down. Very. Much more than my other 452. After cycling it over 1000 times it was no better. Ultimately I disassembled the bolt and very carefully filed then stoned where the handle and bolt interface, and it was cured. This should not have been necessary and you do want to be very careful not to go too far. Bottom line is that this rifle is really great, especially for the money. If you are a lefty you should buy this rifle while you can.
