Love the look of this gun - reminds me of a Luger my grandfather had. I cleaned tit before taking it to the range and It fired 125 rounds of Remington golden bullet flawlessly. I had a few stove pipes the second time after about 100 rounds which I think were caused by too much oil gathering powder residue on the bolt. It is a challenge to assemble the first time but there are many videos on YouTube if you need help. First purchase from Buds and all went well. I recommend paying the extra few dollars with a credit card for faster shipping. I appreciate what Bud's provides in the unique guns - this is a Sports South special for Ruger - and the large selection.

I purchased this pistol on June 7, had ffl confirmation on June 8, and took delivery on June 11. I shot 100 rounds through it the evening I got it and it functions flawlessly. The fixed sights are well regulated with point of aim and point of impact exactly the same at 25 yards. The action cycles smoothly and the trigger is smooth as glass breaking about 2.5 pounds. I would strongly recommend the Ruger MKIII for anyone who wants an easy to use, accurate pistol for hunting or plinking. And as for Bud's, I will definitely do business with them in the future. This is one of the smoothest transactions I have ever had online. Daman
