How can you say anything bad about a Judge. The gun is amazing. It shoots like a dream. It was packed full of grease, but that was to be expected with a Taurus. Buds was excellent. The process was fast and painless. This was my first purchase with Buds but will not be my last.

Let me start by saying that this is an awesome weapon and Budâ%uFFFD%uFFFDs delivered as usual!! I know that the Taurus Judge has been ridiculed and frowned upon by many gun enthusiasts by saying that itâ%uFFFD%uFFFDs junk . Iâ%uFFFD%uFFFDll bet about 95% of those people have never fired one. Trust me this gun is extremely lethal!! Especially in a home or personal defense scenario thatâ%uFFFD%uFFFDs probably going to be within 10-15 feet. Exactly what itâ%uFFFD%uFFFDs designed for!!!! Yes youâ%uFFFD%uFFFDre not going to shoot the bullâ%uFFFD%uFFFDs eye out of a target at 100 yards but itâ%uFFFD%uFFFDs not designed for that. I will say from personal experience that with slugs and 45 LC you can put about a 4 inch grouping at about 20 yards. Thatâ%uFFFD%uFFFDs over 60 ft people! If youâ%uFFFD%uFFFDre shooting at someone 60 ft away thatâ%uFFFD%uFFFDs not shooting at you itâ%uFFFD%uFFFDs called murder not personal defense! To me this is the perfect home defense weapon! Think about it people. If you wake up in the middle of the night and thereâ%uFFFD%uFFFDs an intruder in your home you are not going to be able to pause and take aim like at the firing range. You will not be at your sharpest since you just woke up and if you wear glasses you probably wonâ%uFFFD%uFFFDt pause to put them on! This is the case in my situation. I thought about it before I purchased the Judge and imagined possible scenarios. Most situations would probably be in the middle of the night in your home while youâ%uFFFD%uFFFDre sleeping. I wear glasses and probably wouldnâ%uFFFD%uFFFDt think to put them on before I grabbed my gun to go check out what was happening. This gun gives me more insurance that I can hit an intruder. If I happen to put my glasses on then all the better! Me personally I want as many lead/steel projectiles heading towards an attacker or intruder as possible! Makes sense to me. Everyone that Iâ%uFFFD%uFFFDve let fire this gun has said they wanted one or was going to get one. Some of them were people that thought that the Judge was a joke and that the Taurus brand was junk. All of my handguns are Taurus made and all perform extremely well!! Well Iâ%uFFFD%uFFFDll get off the Taurus and Judge promotional speech and just say that Taurus got it right when they designed and marketed this gun. I mean câ%uFFFD%uFFFDmon even Smith and Wesson jumped on the wagon and made the Governor. Anyway kudos to Taurus and Budâ%uFFFD%uFFFDs!
