Good little gun I purchased for my son it's been a few years now and no problem's yet.

The gun works great and buds is awesome!! The only downside to this rifle that I've found if the stock. I put a sling mount bi-pob on it and is almost cut clean through. Maybe a metal insert could fix this but its not that big of a deal considering the price tag on it!! Still it's an extremely accurate rifle and the bolt seems to work fine. Its does shave a lot of brass so make sure to check it often. Love budsguns!! To quote my favorite cyborg "I'll be back" hahaha

I don't think you will find a better bolt action rifle in 308 for under 300 bucks. This rifle is just great for what you pay for it. You get a adjustable trigger a fluted barrel(which really helps with cooling) and even has a cheek rest on it which I really like, it is very comfortable to hold and use. Bolt locks up tight no travel or wiggle. The rifle I got can even shoot a group smaller than a quarter at 100 yards pretty close to 1moa. I am using self reloaded ammo (150 308 hornady sst, 43.5gr H4895, with cci rifle primer if anyone is wondering) but the quality of this rifle is just amazing for the price. The trigger is best part really. I hate to say it but I have magnum flinch but this trigger takes it all way. Down to about 2 pounds there is a nice click and the bullet is away no creep and fells the same every time no change. Only down sides I guess you could say is safety is kind of loud if you are trying to be quite have to move it slowly forward with control, and only real annoyance is with it is after a shot the bolt can be hard to get up some times have to slam it up with my hand like a mosin nagant with a stick. But for this price that is really nit picky. I love this gun and can't wait to take it dear hunting this year I know if I see one this gun will make the shot. I fell that confident in it. If I miss it is me or the scope not the gun.
