  no its for rifles with Weaver style rails or Picatinny rails

  Hi Cody, no sir, this has an Integrated Weaver Style Mount and will not fit the Shield's RMSc footprint.

  I have one on my S&W M&P sport and it has been great it holds zero and has stood up to the recoil just fine ger extra batteries and keep them handy its easy to forget to turn it off when done
