Designed from lessons taken from the modern battlefield, the Improved Modular (IMOD) stock provides a highly practical and functional design. In addition, the stock is constructed from the finest materials, making it capable of withstanding the most rugged demands. The IMOD stock kit is the perfect start to any AR-15 build. It is crafted from impact and temperature resistant polymer that is specially blended for VLTOR stocks and has a matte finish. It has waterproof side battery compartments that hold three (3) CR123 or two (2) AA batteries in each compartment. It comes pre-arrembled with strike plate and rolled/angled buttpad with wide traction area. It has standard military and quick disconnect swivel sockets accessible from both sides.

The VLTOR web site has some available, in several configurations: (Use their "available options" tool to see what is actually in stock, by going through the options) https://www.vltor.com/shop/ar/stocks/imod-improved-modular-stock/ This is a great stock. I have two, and will get another for my next build. They are quality made, and just work great. You would be glad you got this one. IF the model you want isn't in stock, just contact Vltor and ask them of the projected availability.
