In addition, the stock is constructed from the finest materials, making it capable of withstanding the most rugged demands. The IMOD stock kit is the perfect start to any AR-15 build. It is crafted from impact and temperature resistant polymer that is specially blended for VLTOR stocks and has a matte finish. It has waterproof side battery compartments that hold three (3) CR123 or two (2) AA batteries in each compartment. It comes pre-arrembled with strike plate and rolled/angled buttpad with wide traction area. It has standard military and quick disconnect swivel sockets accessible from both sides.
