The Diamondback DB15 is a good buy for the money. Meets Mil Spec but not the quality as some others. Not as tightly put together as the Bushmaster and others. No hick-ups ever in feeding or extraction. Good finish. Works as it should. One must remember that the rifle not coming with front or rear sights will increase your total cost of the rifle. That's how they are able to ship you a rifle at a bit lower cost than some of the others. Overall, a good little AR for the value minder buyer.

Great firearm. This was my first AR, so I didn't really know what to expect. I have since built a few, and I have to say, the quality of the DB15 is up there with most of the rifles/parts I have dealt with. The ATI stock really isn't that great, and neither is the standard grip. Both are easily replaced, and you have a solid AR. I feel bad for the guys who gave bad reviews because they had nothing but issues...I have not had one problem yet, with all kinds of different ammo. I would definitely recommend this gun to anyone, and of course Bud's will do you right.

Purchased this weapon about a month ago. I will say from the previous reviews I had some concerns. Now on that note, the charging handle cannot be pulled back when the stock is fully collapsed. Somewhat annoying, but not the worse thing. Now I did not want to purchase an AR-15 because truth be told if you were ever deployed, as I was twice. I hated carrying it around. It was nothing special, other than the ACOG sight overseas, which was nice. Bought it for a different look and style and something that would spit bullets out, plus I was use to an AR so why change. When I got it, no dings or scratches, very nice condition. Took it to my buddies camp and they loved the look of it. I did place a 4xmagnifier and a halo site on it, along with some other attachments. So you can make the weapon your own with a smooth look. Iron sight and the halo sight was done rather quick. I will have the give the weapon itself a 4 out 5. The stock it comes with is annoying, it's stable unlike what other reviews say. But it does get in the way when fully collapsed, not allowing you to pull the charging handle. The other piece of advice I would give it, throw away the magazine it comes with. Used FMJ 5.56 freedomunitions round through it and fired everything. New ammo and reman ammo, great outcome. Tested my old military issued magazines, no issues. Tested Pmag, once again no issues. Tested the magazine it comes with, which looks like a new military issued magazine (which it isn't) and it crushed three rounds. Miss fired on every second round. I recommend this weapon. I would take this weapon overseas and I would use this weapon through hell.

Total junk,_If you do buy one of these knock offs,Dont make any upgrades,The ATI stock was so lose fitting it just wobbled around_But dont make any adjustments to this weapon,When basic cleaning will not do the job,Just sell it for scrap metal.....Maybe I just got a bad one like the last guy said._ YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.............____

Bad experience with this rifle. Bought it 3/15 and got rid of it 2 weeks after... It shot good though... Charging handle was rough, noticed metal to metal contacts was smelling metal grinding... My gunsmith installed a muzzle brake and the whole barrel somekind twisted! They called several gunshops around my area and they said they never experienced that problem.... So i contacted diamondback with no replies:(..... I prolly got a bad batch... But buds is excellent i still have several stuffs ordered since it takes 5 days to clear the echeck transaction but they ship fast!... Will be doing more transactions with buds but not so much on diamondbacks!:(

Excellent firearm. The fit and finish were flawless. I was looking for an AR that had all metal upper and lower, and for the price this gun was hard to pass up. It came with a hard case, which was a nice touch. I would also like to thank Bud's for another flawless purchase! I only buy guns from Bud's!

Diamondback Firearms Killed it with this one. I was totally blown away by the quality of this AR for the value. I thought it was going to have a polymer lower buts its fine machined metal all the way. Pros: Great Quality Weapon All machined metal design No Malfunctions with any quality ammo Comes with a decent ATI padded adjustable buttstock The magazine is very similar to a military style aluminum mag. Not bad. But I wasn't impressed Cons. Hand guard/ forend/ barrel heat shield gets pretty hot since its all metal. And with no rails on the sides or bottom there is no way to add heat protection unless you attach foregrip. OR buy shooters Gloves.... Also its a little front heavy since everything up front is thick metal. And im not sure I can remove the front end. Not like a standard M-4 with the two piece hand guard, That's fairly simple. THIS... This is a whole different beast. ALL in ALL it preforms well and is super accurate as any AR will be. it accepts MAGPUL P-MAGs very well. IT would be a 5/5 if the front end didn't get so hot. other than that this weapon is a great buy. And it looks so cool and original, your friends will be crazy jealous....

This is the first AR15 I have bought, and I am glad I did my research. I was looking for a solid AR rifle without the dippy classic handle, handguard and gas block front sight. This bad boy is well made and I especially like the flat-top and quad-rail set up. The guy at my FFL dealer was even impressed at the quality, and when I told him the price I got it for, he was blown away. Outstanding craftmanship and nice looking gun. I love it

Came in unblemished. Took it to the range and went through 100 rounds without a problem. Shoots like a champ. Buds shipping was fast as expected.
