For a cheap copy of a CZ product, it works. Would be great if if had a decocker, but oh well. Nothing fancy. Shoots great.

The Tristar T120 and Buds are both fabulous. I have purchased from Buds several times now and each time was great. Their website is easy to use and their shipping is fast. They definitely are a professional organization. The Tristar T120 is much more than I expected it to be. Well balanced, finish is perfect and the graphite cerekote is beautiful. It shoots like a much more expensive firearm. I have put 300 rounds through it with ball and self defense ammo and it has not missed a beat. I have dry fired with snap caps about 500 times and the operation is smoother than before. For the $393 that I paid for it, I am more than happy with the purchase. It conceal easily in an IWB holster and the light aluminum frame is easy to carry. I have a safe full of pistols and this is my favorite so far. I own two Tristars now, the first is a CZ75 compact clone. It too has been flawless. I have heard that some clones are better than the original and the Tristar is no exception in my opinion. Thank you Buds Gun Shop.

I'm very pleased with my purchase as it took about a week for it to arrive and I live up here in the interior of Alaska. Picked it up and I was amazed of how attractive this pistol looked and how it feels. Very nice cerakoted tungsten finish and fine machining, smooth slide action, grips feel decent, and the SA is really crisp. DA is really heavy but it doesn't bother me at all. Brought it out to the range and put about 300 rounds in and no malfunctions. I barely felt the recoil on this pistol even for it having an aluminum frame. Overall its a great firearm and you won't be disappointed, I couldn't find this anywhere around my local gun shops so I relied on online reviews and videos and I'm happy with it.

Super nice pistol and the Tungsten color is awesome really gives it a classy look lol. Out of box best accuracy I could have ever hoped for, really surprised by point of aim and point of impact, dead on. Slick finish and two mags. Box it comes in is decent. The trigger is heavy but it did not handicap any one that shot the gun, I have two pistols from Turkey, a sar k2p and a Tristar t-120, both are great shooters. would recommend to anyone that has room for a full sized pistol, easy take down, aftermarket parts, accurate, looks, dependability, takes a variety of cz mags, plenty of capacity for sport or defense, Also Canik's reputation for their pistols should be enough, well that's my 2 pennies.

This pistol is EXCELLENTLY made, Ive put 300 rounds through it and LOVE it, it’s on par with my buddies CZ SP01 and we checked, and our grips are interchangeable, same with the mags, definitely the best clone I’ve ever owned. Looking forward to owning this pistol for years to come, and purchasing more Tristar products.

I’m a CZ collector and given how many pistols there are based on the 75 design, I figured I would finally give one a try. So I bought this T-120 in Tungsten Gray and I LOVE IT! What a seriously great shooter. The trigger is stunningly great. Double action isn’t bad at all but in single action it’s absolutely sublime. So light, in fact, it feels a lot like my PPQ’s which are just nuts when it comes to stock trigger performance. Very sharp and tactile reset. Double taps are a breeze, just like the PPQ. Sorry CZ, but I think Canik has one up on you when it comes to triggers right out of the case. I took it to the range today as a tag-along while I did some testing of my first attempts of ammo reloading. (Side note, it went very well!) This pistol was the star of the day in my book and that is some high praise considering I was using my CZ Shadow 2 for the ammo test. Comparing the two is apples and oranges and that is not the point of this review but when a sub $400 pistol puts a $1,200 pistol in the corner for a range day, well I’m gonna be singing some big praises. Give credit where credit is due, the TriStar was punching way above its weight class. I ran 50 rounds of various loads through my TriStar with one hiccough that I cannot attribute to the pistol. That said, I cannot believe how well put together these TriStar/Canik pistols seem to be. Overall accuracy was nothing to sneeze at whatsoever. Palm-sized ten round groups at 10 yards with my basic plinking load works fine for this kid! The cerakote finish is very beautiful in color and appears to be well applied. I see no need at all to change anything on this pistol. It’s just that good. So if you want to experience a CZ but you don’t have quite enough jingle in your pockets to afford the real deal, GET A TRISTAR! And if you are a CZ nut like myself, try a TriStar. They are silly great pistols for the money and I will be recommending them to anyone who wants my opinion. I will definitely be looking at another TriStar in the future when I get the urge for a new collection gun.

Extremely fast shipping to my FFL no issues what so ever. I just received my gun so haven't had a chance to shoot it yet, but I'm sure due to all the positive reviews it will be fine. I have ordered a spring reduction kit for it to lesson trigger pull.

Gun arrived in 2 days, haven't been to the range yet. I changed the grips to g10 first day home. The pistol is beautiful and has a nice case to.

Disclaimer: New Shooter! This is for a Tristar T-120, Tungstun Grey, 9mm Use: Home and Range TIme in service: 200 Rounds Finish: Flat Grey, no shine. Experience: I like the weight of the gun in my hand. it's solid. I've only shot a Glock before, but have held others. I have a average sized hand, so take that for what it's worth. My research led me to believe that the weight would help with recoil, but proper technique matters more. At the range I've been able consistently place a tight group in the black for the 14 of the 17 round clips. (still working on technique) ranging from 10-15 feet. Clearly I still have some time to put in, but I believe I have made a good choice in pistol. So far I have not had any mechanical feed issues. I've only shot Brass Federal Luger ammo. Maintenance: I have taken the gun apart to clean it easily and reassembled just as easily. The external finish is still new and cleans up easily. Firing: Double Action: The double action is heavy, but many described it has a clean break, but that goes beyond my comprehension. My gauge is that i hit my target on the first shot without cocking, and I was able to do just that. Single Action: The trigger reset is invisible to me as a newbie, but again using a slow fire technique, I can pull and get back on target as quickly as I can refocus. The force required is far less of the double action. Hope this helps someone. Thanks again to Bud's developers for a great site.
