Throw it on your wrist before heading into the bush or wear it around town. Sizing instructions: using a flexible tape measure or string, measure wrist (in inches). Add 1 inch to wrist size for proper fit. Half sizes round up. Bracelet can be shrunk by soaking in water and allowing to dry.
