I had these installed on my SR40 by a local gunsmith. I use the SR40 competing in IDPA. It took no time to get accustomed to the new sight picture and they were right on target. Very easy to pick up the front sight quickly and center in the roomy u notch rear sight. Very pleased with the purchase. The 5 rating assumes they hold up well.
