This Ruger is very well balanced. It is only a few ounces lighter than my Ruger Super Redhawk 7-1/2" in .44 mag yet it feels much lighter because it is so well balanced and feels good in the hand. The trigger feel is good as well. It shoots accurately.

A negative is disassembly. It is more difficult than it needs to be in my opinion. The manual claims that it will be difficult when the gun is new and it isn't exaggerating. Hopefully, it will get easier with any negative effects. In spite of this, I still rate it 5 stars. I have absolutely no regrets.

Ruger MK III Competition Slab Side Stainless. The pistol arrived in excellent condition. Inspection revealed no issues. I gave the gun a light cleaning and checked all functions. Took it to the range and shot 350 rounds of CCI Standard Velocity ammo with no issues. The pistol functioned perfectly, and once I adjusted the sights, I was placing each sot with-in a 3" circle at 50ft.

The trigger was a little heavy in my opinion, so I will replace it with a Volquartsen and polish the magazine disconnect level. This usually lightens up the trigger enough for my tastes, while maintaining all original function.

Overall I feel this is an excellent example of fine manufacturing and good design in a .22LR Target pistol. Yes, I could do with-out the Loaded Chamber Indicator - yet that is another discussion.
