Adjustable stock system molded from tough, military-grade composite makes your Ruger rifle easier to handle and shoot. Improves the fit for the shooter with a six-position, push-button adjustable M4-style buttstock for fast, simple changes in length of pull. The comfortable, hand-filling SAW-style pistol grip includes internal storage with a spring steel closure clip. This model also includes a Picatinny-style accessory rail for convenient mounting of scopes or electronic sights and the bottom of the forearm has a removable cover and has another Picatinny rail for any other accessories such as bi-pods, lights or lasers. This 10/22 also comes with a 25 round magazine. The barrel is threaded with flash suppressor and no sights.

I bought one for my son a few years ago. Its has always been a very dependable rifle. So my daughter in now 14 and I bought this one for her. I put a red dot sight on it. She has run about 200 rounds through the ruger with no problems. She loves the ruger . It fits her very nicely.

The is the biggest POS I've ever bought from Bud's in a past couple of years. The assembly was loose and wouldn't fit properly inside the Tapco stock. I took the 10/22 back to the gun shop and they said the takedown screw was tight, so a shim might be missing or something is broken. I called Bud's and they said I was SOL because I took possession of the rifle already. I called Ruger and they said that it's an Exclusive item, so I have to take it apart and ship the broken Ruger parts back to them. I should have bought a Savage.

Very nice gun. Great price point!!! I owned this model 10/22 Ruger as a young hunter. Now, I'm almost 50, w/a 7yr. old son. This is the gun I decide he should get first. He is learning about saftey of coarse. With my health in decline, I was so proud to give him his very first firearm. A ruger, of this caliber & model appeals to his desire to learn about military weapons of all makes & models. However ther 10/22 allows cofortable shooting, the adjustable stock, ensures he will use this firearm his entire life. He wants to hunt coyotes. This could be a close in shooting rifle. I am very happy to bring another Ruger into my home, My son, well he's just excited about huntin coyotes.
