CZ-USA CZ 527 Carbine 223 Remington/5.56 NATO Bolt Action Rifle - Blue/Black, 18.5" Barrel, 5 Rounds, Turkish Walnut Stock

Words won't fully describe this rifle. You have to hold it in your hands and look at the detail that went into the construction. The wood is excellent, though needing some oil. The fit and finish couldn't have been better. I am really lucky to have acquired this weapon and I suppose it will be one of my favorites. Again, Bud's came through and it was Christmas in March. It is always a pleasure doing business with Buds...........hopefully it will not be my last purchase.

This is one sweet little carbine. Everything from the gorgeous walnut stock to the overall finish and fitment makes this CZ basically second to none I will dare say. The rifle shoots as wonderful as it looks and feels. I purchased it in the .223 caliber for everything from target work, varmint, plinking, and just fun all around shooting. Just writing this makes me want to go and shoot right now. 😊 This is my first CZ, but it won't be my last!

Very well designed and great handeling rifle. Has quality workmanship. Purchased this gun for some long distance ground hog shooting as well as some bigger game. As you get older, it makes more sense to leave the magnums calibers behind and move to a more prctical and fun gun to hunt and target shoot with. CZ is my choice after much research and very pleased what I got. As usual, always great service from Bud's also.

Superb rifle! 3/4" group at 100 yds with inexpensive scope using 55 grain inexpensive ammo. With over 50 years shooting experience and dozens of rifles this is the best and most fun. May buy another one just because.

I already have one of these in 7.62x39. It rocks and then some. Old School gunmaking and user friendliness all the way like all CZ's. All I needed to do was change out the front sight blade (a 10 second effort) for one that was slightly lower and it now it shoots cloverleaves at 50 yds. It digests all the Russian ammo perfectly. With the .223 Carbine I can now take advantage of the inexpensive ammo in that load as well. They come with steel scope rings if you want to put some decent glass on it. If you like iron sights like I do, you should order a small assortment of extra front sight blades of varying heights so you can sight in at varying ranges. These are available online from CZ USA and can be changed out in a few seconds.
