The CZ P-07 is the updated version of the CZ 75 P-07 Duty. The debut of the full-size P-09 last year brought refined lines and interchangeable backstraps to our polymer Omega line. This year the compact-sized P-07 follows suit, with new features and a nitrated slide finish that wears longer and has increased corrosion resistance. The pistol as a whole has been dehorned, removing any sharp edges to make it more comfortable for all-day carry.

Like the P-09, the P-07’s safety and decocker are interchangeable with a few minutes and minimal tools. Add to that small, medium and large backstraps and an integrated 1913 Picatinny rail on the dust cover and the P-07 is adaptable to the shooter and their needs, from service pistol to bedside protector to the envy of the shooting range.

The P-07 shares the P-09’s updated trigger shape which is more comfortable for long days at the range, as well as its snag-free hammer and forward cocking serrations. Metal 3-dot sights and a beefed up magazine spring round out the bevy of updates, resulting in the best P-07 we’ve had to date.

Note- Some CZ-USA dealers order special versions that vary from the standard configuration. This might be a difference in sights, safety mechanisms, finish or accessory package. From time to time you may find a P-07 with an extended barrel, tactical light, tritium sights or safety levers only. There are a number of special versions we ship throughout the year.

This CZ P-07 is my third purchase from Bud's since July and once again their service has been great.
I own firearms made by 13 different manufactures and CZ's are one of my favorites. Including this purchase I have 3 CZ's and their ergonomics are second to none (IMO, the only other handgun that points as natural and feels as comfortable is a 1911).
I came close to purchasing a P-07 several times in the past, but I'm glad I waited until the 2014 updated model came out. I like the tennifer/melonite finish on the '14 P-07 much better than the polycoat CZ used on the older P-07 Duty (and almost all their other handguns too). The slight "melting" CZ did to all the sharp edges is really nice, as is the adjustable backstrap.
Although I'll carry anything from a cocked and locked 1911, to a partially pre-cocked striker fired handgun, to a DA revolver....my preferred carry weapon is a DA/SA semi auto with a de-cocker. For me personally, I feel it is the safest way to carry. Thanks Bud's....this won't be my last purchase from you.

I wanted a Glock 19 sized carry gun, but something a little different and more accurate. I researched the CZ P-07 Duty which got nothing but great reviews. I decided on the 2014 model with the upgrades for about $50 more. Its a great gun for less than $500. I've only shot a couple of boxes of my 124gr. copper plated reloads I use for IDPA, along with some 135gr.+P Hornady Crit. Duty. It shoots softly for its size & weight. It is more accurate than a Glock 19 & totally reliable so far. I hate white 3 dot sights, so until I decide to order a plain rear and red fiber optic front, I just blacked out rear dots and painted the front dot orange. The slide movement gets easier and smoother after shooting some, cleaning and re-oiling. The nitride finish on the slide and barrel are very good. The trigger is smooth. Double action pull is around 10lbs, and single just under 4. The single is nice, just a little spongy. It has one of the most comfortable stock grips I've felt. I like the agressive texturing. Also, just a cool looking gun.
My only gripes: I wish they nitrided the slide stop. It looks like it has a black oxide finish. The mags are expensive, about $40 ea. is the cheapest I can find them. At least it came with 2.

Fantastic 9mm nobody does it better than CZ regardless of cost. Great feel in hand, accurate and very reliable, eats all ammo no FTE's.
Upgrades for 2014 have really made this a great gun. Also have the updated P-07 .40 cal excellent. firearm.

The pistol is great. Very accurate. Much more accurate than I am. For such a cheap price, you receive a wonderful pistol. Only issue I had are the night sights aren't very bright. I couldn't tell if they were the paint ones that had to sit in the light in order to charge. I would probably recommend buying factory trijicon night sights. And as always Bud's was amazing. Pistol arrived at my FFL 2 days after ordering. So fast. Awesome Job Bud's!

Great 9mm! Tack driver out of the case. The grip fits my hands perfectly and the pistol feels substantial but not heavy. Best value in 9mm for sure. I own glocks, and XDs and this is my new favorite!
