The CZ P-07 is the updated version of the CZ 75 P-07 Duty. The debut of the full-size P-09 last year brought refined lines and interchangeable backstraps to our polymer Omega line. This year the compact-sized P-07 follows suit, with new features and a nitrated slide finish that wears longer and has increased corrosion resistance. The pistol as a whole has been dehorned, removing any sharp edges to make it more comfortable for all-day carry.

Like the P-09, the P-07’s safety and decocker are interchangeable with a few minutes and minimal tools. Add to that small, medium and large backstraps and an integrated 1913 Picatinny rail on the dust cover and the P-07 is adaptable to the shooter and their needs, from service pistol to bedside protector to the envy of the shooting range.

The P-07 shares the P-09’s updated trigger shape which is more comfortable for long days at the range, as well as its snag-free hammer and forward cocking serrations. Metal 3-dot sights and a beefed up magazine spring round out the bevy of updates, resulting in the best P-07 we’ve had to date.

Note- Some CZ-USA dealers order special versions that vary from the standard configuration. This might be a difference in sights, safety mechanisms, finish or accessory package. From time to time you may find a P-07 with an extended barrel, tactical light, tritium sights or safety levers only. There are a number of special versions we ship throughout the year.

Ordered the CZ P-07 on Monday and received it at my FFL on Thursday. The Norton on-line purchase protection provides the consumer peace of mind. The gun arrived in mint condition. I was pleased it had two 15 round mags plus 2 mag extensions. Two issues with the gun are: 1) very erratic double action pull (single action is okay); 2) the slide also jammed on me three times while changing magainzines. The slide release is too far forward so I was not able to use it with my right thumb to depress the slide release. So I did what I normally do with other guns which is pulling the slide back with my left hand and then allowing the slide to go forward. The slide, however, would catch while closing, leaving the bullet lodged at an angle without feeding it into the chamber. This only happened after changing magazines. I discovered if I used my left thumb to depress the slide release, the gun would feed the next bullet without a problem. I've only shot 70 rounds through it and I'm hoping these issues resolve with use. Overall I was not expecting to have these issues given the reviews I've seen. The CZ is not a bad purchase at this price, but I prefer the performance of my Glock 19.

After researching this gun for some time I found that buds had the lowest prices around, at gander mountain they were asking $600 for the older version, needless to say I do not buy guns from there. I ordered my cz on Sunday night and had it at my FFL dealer by Tuesday afternoon. Buds couldn't have been faster or easier. The FFL deal was easy only took 15 minutes and was cheap. Put 200 rounds of Tul Ammo through my cz without a single problem. At the beginning the slide was tight along with the mags but it loosened up and is very comfortable now. The sights that are mounted on the gun aren't a regular white three dot, they are a glow in the dark and work great at night all they need is a few seconds under a light. It also comes with three total back straps to fit your hand better. Overall this is a fantastic gun and an even better deal. Bud's was so great I'm about to order a tac light for it. Can't thank Bud's enough!

After waiting 7 days to receive it I was waiting anxiously to try out my new CC gun. Don't get me wrong it's an amazing firearm, but being a double stack it wasn't really a good choice for a CC gun. Unless your a picture of fitness with no waistline and wearing a very large, thick shirt this gun throws a large bulge under your shirt. I know this in no way is a review of how the pistol operates, but if it is being marketed as a compact it should be known it may be a 1/2" shorter it is still a large frame gun.

Great fire arm; I have put 200 rounds of range ammo through it without a single issue.
