Pretty nice firearm, Accu trigger, Accu stock, detachable magazine, new style magazine release by trigger guard, jeweled bolt, smooth action. Pretty lightweight all around. Shoots easily an inch @ 100. I haven\'t put much time into my load data yet but i\'m pretty impressed using Nosler brass, 100 grain projectiles with 64.4 grain of R17 getting high 3700ft/s -3800ft/s in 40 degree weather. (Near Max). Quick load is showing near maximum cup pressure at this load (which is almost 2 grains under what Alliant is calling for for starting), barely starting to see pressure signs. But it\'s still pretty good for a 24 inch barrel and i\'m not experiencing a sticky bolt with such a hot load. Be cautious reloading WSM\'s guys, I would suggest developing your own load data by starting very low loading these short magnums. I Will be changing stock and barrel out and have Vortex PSD MRAD FFP 6-25x50 on the way for it. I am Chassing after 4000 ft./s with 100 grain Projectile (.323 bc) with new 30\" barrel, . 270 WSM is ridiculously flat shooting, fast and terminal ballistics are devastating. It\'s a shame this round is becoming harder to find (and expensive) and buying box ammo off the shelf does not do this cartridge justice so be prepared to handload if you really want to see what this round can do. If you\'re not into that I would suggest regular .270 it\'s also a Great cartridge choice But for face melting velocities open your wallet & look to the WSM\'s.

Same consistent performance from Bud\'s; Ordered Sunday picked up rifle Friday.

Good shooting guys ,
