Savage 14 American Classic 325 WSM DBM - 2 + 1 Rounds, Wood Stock

This is the second firearm that I've purchased online from Buds Gun Shop and I give them the highest of ratings for their easy online ordering, quick shipping, and incredibly low prices. Dealing with Buds is second to none and I would never buy a firearm online from anyone else. PERIOD! Now on to the gun review: This is my second Savage rifle purchased, the first being the Savage 270 WSM (11GCNS DBM) also purchased here at Buds. My two Savage rifles are amazingly accurate. I paired this 325 WSM with a Nikon ProStaff 4x12x40 scope and with some quick adjustments was shooting some very tight groups. My best 3 shot group so far after shooting 30 hand loads is .895" at 100 yards. Of course that's sub-MOA and I could hardly be more impressed. THIS RIFLE IS DEAD ACCURATE! I was concerned about the recoil of the 325 WSM. I was pleasantly surprised that its hardly more than my 270 WSM or my 30-06. I shot 15 shots in one day at the range and I had no soreness at all, either that day or the next. It's a joy to shoot. This rifle is beautiful. The American walnut stock and blue satin finish is spectacular. I also enjoy the classic look of the ebony fore end. The rifle also has checkering engraved completely around the fore stock. This allows for a very secure grip with the non-trigger hand. Quick NOTE: This gun has the Savage AccuTrigger. As of this writing, Bud's incorrectly lists the gun as having a single stage trigger. SUMMARY: If your in the market for a medium caliber rifle that will drop just about any game in North America, is dead accurate, and won't break the bank..... This is your firearm. Buy it.......... but only from Bud's.
