Hands down one of my favorite guns. Comfortable to shoot and very accurate. No issues with it at all. Tales any brand of ammo I've put through it.

Falling in love with Taurus as the make better and better products. Now owning three this is my number 1. I have always loved this model after shooting one some time ago, and after 500 flawless rounds it is my home defense handgun smooth action, strong built, fits my hand great at 6'1. What I think of when I think large frame 9mm.
Thanks to Taurus for a great handgun and Buds for a great no headache service.

Bud's service was great. The product looked and fired flawlessly. However the rear sight was not centered on the slide causing it shoot left. Excellent grouping, but left. Had to have the sight on a brand new handgun adjusted costing additional money. For this reason alone the rating is lower than expected.

Update: Fired hundreds of rounds already. Only problem was FTE on Brown Bear laquered (dark green) case rounds. Also, this gun does not like over oiling, or oil on the main spring. If you do, spent casings will fly back into your face! Adjustable (Pt99) sights make more sense for a range practice gun. Examine the slide thoroughly before taking possession - I got a used one in a parts-lot sale, that had been milled off-center. PS Saw a beautiful *Beretta* 92 jam on fresh Federal ammo at the range yesterday! Maybe the girl wasn't gripping hard enough!

No problems with purchase from Buds. At FFL, the Taurus box was a little bashed in (comes with no storage case), Operated flawlessly with 75 rounds of Winch white-box and PMC Bronze. Had to clean gun out first, as it had bluing latex residue, dust, and a few small machining flakes. Blew out any dirt with Winch Powder Blast. Had to put some white-out on a site dot that had faded. Will use a staples white-out pen futurewise to make that easier. After cleaning and oiling, looks perfect. Trigger has long travel but breaks cleanly, but overtravel can pinch you if you don't handle it right. I'm no handgun maven, never shot a centerfire handgun before, and I put at least half my rounds in 6" circle at 25 ft. - freestanding oinly.
