This is my second Springfield XD. My first is a 40 in all black and now I have this 9 in FDE. The model 2 is changed very slightly from the original XD. Grip Zone is very well designed and the new fiber optic front sight is a great upgrade from the original white dot. The gun shoots very smooth and I now use it for my EDC. Buds delivered very quickly and the price was by far the best around.

Excellent ccp. Small, accurate, quality built pistol from SA. A little heavier than similar size pistols but it's a double stack so you get the extra rounds. Overall great gun.

I was waiting for the CZ P10, and wanted a smaller EDC. After a lot of research and testing I fell in love with this Firearm. It's been 100% reliable with all ammo types, very accurate. More accurate then me that is for sure. The extra grip safety has been a total non issue but is an extra safety measure so no worries there. I wear the gun IWB at 7 o'clock as I'm a lefty and hardly notice it is there. The two mags it ships with are great and having the Xtension mag gives my hand better grip and the extra rounds are nice. I won't lie the Gear Up Promo was the icing on the cake. Love the Springfield Mod 2 and although goofy looking with the GripZone Logo it definitely feels great in hand. Buds is stellar to work with as well. Thanks!
