I have looked at the regs for CA, NY, MA and OH and can find no reason in them for the 590A1to be banned It is not the Mossberg Shockwave

Hi Tom, it is legal everywhere except CA, NY, MA, or OH

While I don't know all the different state laws I think it would be legal in all 50 states. I would put in in my cart and try to do a checkout If Buds does not flag it you should be good to go. I would also check with my local FFL holder about any local regulations that may ban it

I am reasking because all the answers the first time just linked specs which are already readily available on the internet. I know 51771 has "XS ghost rings" but XS makes 3 versions and there is no spec sheet online that shows which one of the 3 is included on the 51771. Does anyone own the 51771 model personally and can answer whether the XS front sight comes with a tritium vial in it or not? (there is 1 of 3 versions of XS ghost ring front sights that does not have the tritium vial). Thanks

Salvatore, this does not have a tritium insert. It is a basic white line bar on the front sight post no illumination. Mine is 8 months old.

Awesome gun. More fun to shoot than I can tell you. Bud's gave me a great deal on it and shipped it super fast. Bought the life time warranty from Bud's on all my guns. Thank you for another great gun experience Bud's. shot 9 ball buck shot through it with no problems. Hard hitting magnum #' slugs ringing the plates at 125 yards. Tons of bird shot 100 at a time, blasting water bottles, watermelons for the hogs, old fruit, tin cans, milk jugs, Tide bottles full of water, 160 pumpkins from a fruit stand after Halloween. Gun has a speed stock that holds four shells in the stock(they are all slugs) held there. It holds 8 or 9in the pump chamber, and one in the firing chamber, 13 or 14 all together. Love shooting it. Must get some badaleros to carry more shells with me so I don't have to have all my pockets full of shells then return to the truck to reload. I 'll be back Bud's. Shooting back in the back forty in California. Work hard, and playing hard on the days off. Blessings to yall

This is a fantastic shotgun! A heck of a lot of fun on the range and looks the part of a tactical shotgun. The action is VERY nice and smooth and made chambering round after round very easy. Overall the shotgun is well built and sturdy with no issues after putting 300 rounds through it. The bayonet lug is a nice bonus feature and accepts the M7 bayonet nicely.

Bud's service is top notch, and so is this Mossberg, action out of box was a bit rough but after cleaning and lubricating it, it's as smooth as glass 20 shells in. It works with every shells I put in, mini shells, 2 3/4", 3", and cycle flawlessly.
The XS ghost ring sight is awesome, a bit hard to see in low light environment but it's dead accurate with slugs, very happy with it, maybe I'll put a FastFire III on it one day.
