Its not often that you purchase a product that exceeds your expectations. This shotgun does just that. This is an excellent shotgun at any price, I would not spend the extra money to purchase a semi auto after buying the SXP. I was surprised as to how minimal the recoil was but I only use it for trap shooting with target loads. It can be a pain to put back together after a cleaning the first couple of times if you are new to shotguns. But well done Winchester.

I love this gun right out of the box it performed flawlessly, I shoot a tristar tt15 unsingle and do great with it. This gun is one helluva buy for a backup. Buds gun shop is #1 on all aspects!

Awesome shotgun for an amazing price!! Great for skeet and trap. I use it for clays and it's great. I saw some reviews of the pump action not being smooth but I have no problem.

The Winchester SXP Trap is a great beginning trap gun! Low cost and easy to use. Accurate! The trigger can be hesitant and the cycling stopped after about years use had to send it back for repair. I would recommend it for new shooter.
