Is the beretta being sold a Model L or Model M? Beretta site say the Model M has not been produced since 2004 and only accepted single stack 8 round mags. The answer to previous Model question was confusing.

This is the 10 round, double stack version of the 92 Compact. Beretta no longer manufactures the single stack, type M version.

the only difference I can see is the mag 10 as opposed to 13 rnds. Some sites list it as 13 some 10, they look the same, does this model JS92F850 have a shorter grip ? that would account for the 10 rnds? If not the description is wrong. OR it could be that the pictures are wrong + identical, it says below the picture "Please verify this picture accurately" Well that is what I am trying to do here:) maybe it's the dust cover which is straight on some models along with the radius on the grip

John, these pistols are "identical" except for the magazine capacity. The magazines are the same size but the 10rd ones are blocked to 10rds to be compliant in some states.
