There is a very high probability that these are Detroit PD turn ins. Buds has already sold the excellent, very good, and good examples and the fair's usually are the finishing lot.

I believe so as they have a youtube video stating that they are.

They are a LE trade in but it does not say where they came from I suggest you call customer service (859) 368-0371 available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday) or use the blue Chat Now button and ask them for that information

Very pleased with the S&W M&P 40 police trade in. There were no 'good condition' guns of that type left. I had to purchase a 'fair condition' gun. Was apprehensive about it, but when it arrived, I was very pleased and pleasantly surprised at the condition of the gun. looks nice, cycles well and is accurate. . Very pleased.

MP 40 was portrayed as fair condition but is in poor condition , it has to be refinished.
