  Walter, yes Sir, this is the correct Bolt. -- ((Specifications and Features)): - Long action, magnum - Precision machined carbon steel - X-Mark Pro Trigger, steel, electrolysis nickel plated finish - 1-1/16-16 tpi thread - .585 diameter bolt face - Blued. ----------- A typical magnum boltface (7mm Rem Mag, 300 Win Mag etc.) is .540" diameter, the Lapua boltface is .585" diameter. I still would confirm my assertions directly with Remington Customer Service (Buds sometimes has incorrect numbers) at TEL: 1-800-243-9700

  Yes it is. The bolt face is cut for the 300 win mag case and the feed rails in the magazine well are cut for this case size also.
