These are the only AR-15 magazines I own and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Some brands have clearance issues, but Magpul makes an excellent product. I purchased 4 Magpul FDE 30 round magazines from Buds and they are all good quality with consistent flat dark earth coloration and no issues. Ammunition loads easily, fitment in the lower receiver is smooth, and they release cleanly every time. If you want the cheapest product available then these may not be what you're looking for. There are cheaper magazines on the market, but if you need a magazine that will work every time then you can't go wrong with Magpul. My friends in law enforcement swear by them. It was their recommendation that justifies the extra expense and rightfully so. I'll be purchasing more of these in the future and look forward to using them for years to come.
