My wife loves this gun bear hunting .it shoots 200 grain sst hornady 1" group at 100 yards.

5 star gun. Regardless of what you here this is a sub MOA gun at 100 yards. I just shot about 50 rounds through this gun and its AWESOME! Holes touching all day at 100 yards. If you want one get one! Buds was great on shipping it to me in a timely manner as well. Best budget rifle for sure!

I'm extremely happy with the patriot in the 338 win mag the quality of the rifle is beyond my expectation for a rifle less than 400.00. Upon inspection of the bolts I was surprised to find the barrel was already floated and the tigger pull was was very acceptable without further adjustment needed, sighting in was quick and very responsive with Barnes 225 grain factory ammunition. The gun and bolt cycle rounds quick and smoothly, recoil is all there but not punishing even with my small frame. The only con I can find with the rifle the crossbolt was very loose upon receiving the rifle the tool to tighten is special but se clip plier will work in a pinch and after lecture and tightening this rifle harvested a doe less than a week of owning this rifle. Buds as always had the best price and quick shipping, very happy to have this gun in the collection,
