I think Illinois tries making their gun laws so confusing people just give up trying to buy one. So it's best to double check with your local FFL dealer since they will have the most up to date laws. Harry, no Sir. The ability for a Semi-Auto Handgun to accept a detachable magazine out side of the pistol grip is a restriction across the entirety of the State of IL. A manufactured weight of fifty (50) ounces or more when the pistol is unloaded is also prohibuted (this pistol weighs 50 ounces unloaded). What type of suppressor does this gun take? It is threaded for one. Also what type of clips will work in it?

The Ruger Silent SR suppressor is a great choice. Barrel is threaded 1/2" x 28, a standard 22 caliber threading for sound suppressors and flash suppressors. The Ruger 10 round rotary and 15 banana magazines work best; the 25 & 50 round hang down too far to use with a bipod, but are otherwise compatible.

Pistol. 15 round mag is not legal in Maryland. If it is on the handgun roster with the 10 round mag it could be if Buds removed the larger mag. They do not replace.
