Springfield's M1A series of rifles, a semi-automatic rifle inspired by the classic U.S. Military M14, offers shooters a chance to own an icon. Beautiful rifle, replaced the muzzle devise with one with a bayonet lug to make it more resemble an M14. Exactly what I wanted.

The M1A is a very controversial rifle. Having fired so many of the semi auto 308 rifles The Springfield M1A standard is still my favorite. Rifle has been only reliable and accurate. It is the best value semi auto 308 on the market. Easy to ad optics to and easy to shoot and operate.

The firearm itself is outstanding. Afterall, its an M1a! The price was unbeatable when compared to any other outlet online or in person. but it took Buds a week to process my order and two weeks total for it to make it to my FFL from the time I ordered. Crazy. I've used Buds before for firearms and never encountered a delay like this. I'll call it a fluke. The firearm was in pristine condition with 0 damage to the shipping box or gun. Way to go UPS!

My M1A was delivered in great shape. It looks flawless. The function check was perfect. I have not been able to shoot it yet but I plan to clean then fire it next week.

Beautiful weapon. I haven't fired it much yet, but I'm gaining familiarity with it. It's a little heavy for an older guy like myself, but a shooting rest helps and I have a bipod on order. I even have a scope and mount coming as well. I thought I'd just trick the thing out. I'm still debating the pros and cons of a muzzle brake. To be determined later. Really happy with the shipping and communication as well. Buds is my go to place to order anything I need.

Very pleased with this purchase. The wood stock is decent, a little lighter shade in some areas but not really a concern for me. I have read and seen some youtube reviews that claim the rifle isn't that accurate. IDK about those but mine is a tack driver. I was definitely shooting less than a minute of angle with quality ammo. I will say I tried some of the cheap stuff and the rifle wasn't too happy about that so feed it the good stuff and you and the rifle will be happy!! :)
