After I used this scope a few times I realized its true potential. Using the parallax adjustment and the eyepiece adjustment, finding a good focus at the various ranges was easier than I originally thought. I retried the scope at several yardages and I got a good clear picture.
I set up for 100 yards and found the scope to be clear and bright. However I did notice that the brightness of the picture I saw through the scope depended somewhat on the brightness of the sun. At 200 yards the scope is still clear and focusing the parallax and eyepiece and focus ring clears the picture up quite well.
24X is a lot of magnification for a 42MM objective but Tasco did a good job with this scope. I would have to give it 4 stars if it was more expensive but it really deserves 5 stars. It is a very good scope for the money and a good scope in general and, I would recommend it to my friends.
