Buds service excellent, I purchased this rifle for grandchild to learn shooting skills. I cleaned and shot rifle and enjoyed a out of box accurate rifle. Rifle had a premium price but, the finish and sights were ahead of other youth bolt guns. I dropped a star for fact that this rifle does not come with sling mount studs, a child should learn good transport of rifle skills at time of shooting skills.

I purchased this rifle for my son about a week ago. It’s his first rifle and it has not disappointed. We’ve put right at 500 rounds through it and it’s performed every time. We’ve use supersonic and subsonic rounds without any malfunctions. The rifle is really easy to clean as well.The sights are really easy to pick up and great to learn how to shoot. I’m not sure if I’m not having more fun with it than he is lol. If you’re considering this rifle, as a first rifle, for a young child I’d say purchase it. Combining, zero recoil, extreme quiet and built in safety features, you can’t go wrong!

Great little gun for my 8 year old. Bolt was a touch sticky, but some good oil cleared that right up. Great smaller size for a kids first rifle. I would recommend!

It's a great rifle for the money, it's made really well and has a lifetime warranty
I purchased this for myself, so that I could have a short light 22 rifle
Even though it's meant for youth shooters it's perfect for adult shooters too

As with all Henry products, it's top notch.....an especially nice touch is the fiber optic sights.....good for teaching young ones the basics!

I really like the size and style of the mini bolt but it has a problem with ejecting the spent cartridge. It will only eject them about half of the time which is a real disappointment in my purchase. I am hoping that with a bit more use it will function better.

Great little gun. Perfect for my soon to be eight year old. Took it to the range for the first time yesterday. He had the hang of it in no time and was pretty accurate for a first time shooter. The little gun is beautiful and I really wish they had sights like the ones on the Henry when I started shooting. The gun shot well, was easy for a young shooter to handle, easy to clean and is a very good looking little firearm. Bud's ran into some shipping delays because of the holidays but it was here by Christmas and that is all that matters. I will be ordering from Bud's again........hopefully later this month.

My son loves his Henry Mini Bolt. Simple operation makes him perfectly comfortable with it. I spent some time today adjusting the sights and it now it obliterates the 10-ring. I bet he will remember this rifle for the rest of his life. Great $200 investment.
