Leupold make a good product, and this lens shade is a great example. Fits perfect, stays tight while in use as it's got good tolerances. If you shoot varmints, or targets in general, and need a clear picture with no sun flare, it's a great idea to use a sun shade.

Perfect fit for my leupold freedom 4x12x40. Haven’t had a chance to use hunting. Hopefully will work to reduce sunset glare.
