To ensure dependability, Ultra Carry lightweight aluminum frames are machined on the same computer-driven machines and to the same unequaled tolerances as Kimber steel frames. Each model has standard Kimber features like rounded and blended edges, beveled magazine well, extended thumb safety and bumped beavertail grip safety. Magazine capacity is 7 rounds in .45 ACP. They fit almost any size hand and point naturally. Best of all, the crisp, clean single action trigger eliminates long travel, heavy pull and the guessing that goes with it. For concealed carry, nothing beats a 1911–and no 1911 beats a Kimber.

Kimber makes a great 1911, I bought this as my EDC and I’m impressed with this handgun, it shot straight tight groups out of the box, feeds everything I put into it without fail. Buds service as always is second to none.

I have done everything I could do to not buy a gun online but this process was painless. My gun arrived vary fast and the day I took possession of it I stripped and cleaned it then took it to the range. Everything was as advertised. Pistol shot flawlessly. Will be buying my next gun from buds.

This was the first time I bought a gun online. Buds was great. Good price and fast delivery. From now on, I will only buy from Buds. The gun I bought was a Kimber Ultra Carry II. Nice gun, feels good in my hand and shoots great. The only bummer is that this model scratches very easily, so be very careful. You might think about buying a stainless model. My FFL person Bob at National Firearm Repair is a great guy. Plus he is a gunsmith. So you Downriver Rats that live in Michigan, he's the man to see. My review: Buds a 5 Kimber a 4

Got the 2nd one - after the wife confiscated the 1st one for herself... This one shot a hair to the left, so I moved the rear sight. Now that it is "DEAD ON" and over 500 rounds through it, I LOVE it. It replaced my old concealed carry. A short 3 inch barrel with P's in it comes very close to equaling a 5 inch with regular pressure. I had 2 friends shoot it, and I mixed P's and Regulars, and they GUESSED wrong over 50 % of the time. I cannot feel any difference between the P's and Regular pressure ammo. The Night Sights are the best. If you are shooting a dark colored target - the white dots stand out, if you are shooting a light colored target the outline of the black sights stand out, and if you are shooting in low light - the white dots glow a greenish color to let you know where the sights are. AWESOME !!!

Excellent - Typical Kimber fit and finish - very accurate for a 3 inch barrel - don't let your wife shoot it, she might confiscate it like mine did, so I had to buy another one for me. Shot 250 rounds of a mix of ammo on the first outing to the range - ran perfect with all of them. My 7th Kimber ( 8th should be here any day ). Mike - US Army Pistol Team 1974 -1977.

The Kimber 45 ultra carry ll is a great gun for people that have a permit and want to carry it around. It is small for a 45 with a lot of punch, and it fits in your back pocket, with only about an inch that sticks out ( just cover it with your shirt ) It is a very straight shooter if you know how to shoot a handgun. My 10 year old son can shoot this gun with out it hitting him in the head on the kick back. If you are looking for a small 45, this is the gun to buy.. I give it 10 thumbs up!!
