Surprised how well this gun shoots and fits in my hand. Well made

I purchased this after reading and watching a great number of reviews. I am happy to say I made a good purchase.To keep it short, the bad-DA trigger is crap, my scale stops at 15 pounds. Guess what, its too heavy to read. I shot about 25 rounds from this pistol in double action and my trigger finger hurts. Machine marks are present in slide, in frame. When arrived covered in grease, almost as bad as cosmoline. This thing is heavy(need a good belt and holster) The good- single action trgger 2.5 pounds consistant! 3 dot combat sights, all steel construction, uses hi power mags, decent finish, reliable(so far fmj, no ftf or fte using wwb), same size as a G19, this thing is heavy (almost no recoil), price. Easy to field strip. Buds service was as expected, will buy from Buds again in future. 4/5 stars due mostly to the double action.

I can't begin to tell you how much I like this pistol. I have medium hands and it fits perfectly. Originally I bought it as an inexpensive car gun, but I find myself shooting it more and more often, leaving all my high priced fancy ass guns in the safe. Accurate, dependable and well made, what's not to like? I highly recommend this to anyone, hard to convince some folks that a foreign maker of rather inexpensive pistols can come out with such a great product. I just can't say enough about this, you will not be sorry!

I received the weapons today and cleaned them. The Arcus 98 DAC feels good in my hand and I like the weight of it and the barrel length. I will schedule some range time and get back with you.

I also had to wait several days for this order. As for the gun itself, when I first got my hands on it, it was very stiff and covered in oil. I did a thorough cleaning and it got loose. The markings in the 3 dot sights washed off in the process and I had to repaint them. I only have 400 rounds through it as of now and it seems to be smoothing out. I have fed it everything without any issues. I am pleased with the purchase and it is a solid platform.

This pistol is flat out the best buy on the market for the money. It is heavy but still small enough to be a carry pistol. Shoots straight right out of the box. No fail to feeds etc. Im 500 rounds in not one issue. This gun is as reliable as they come. The double action trigger is tough as to be expected but the single action breaks crisp and clean. BUY THIS GUN!!! You will not find a better gun for the price anywhere on the market. It is the Bulgarian police official sidearm as well as the Iraqi military it is made to take a beating and function day in and day out. Perfect for plinking, self defense or whatever else you could think of. Great gun!
