I had two or three of these in the past, friends talked me out of them but I figured that I could always get another. Then Covid and the world changed and guns dried up. I saw this late one nigjht at Buds and ordered it. Same great quality but higher price than before. Hey, it's a new world and we have to deal with it. I wanted it and very happy that I picked it up. You can cry or buck up, I'll be sure not to let this one go.

The Smith & Wesson M36 is a true classic. What I like most about the fine firearm is it controllable. Pulling the trigger doesn't result in a major kick compared to many 38s. This allows me to be back on target. It was carried by thousands of cops because it is a concealable close-range controllable weapon. Yeah, it doesn't have a ten-round mag. It's a revolver for crying out loud, it works. If you need more than five rounds, you didn't practice.

Great little snub nose .38. I think all revolvers look better blue, and I'm a fan of classics. Made this a easy choice for a carry gun. Shooting .38's with this, be prepared for some snap, but it can be done. Like most light weight revolvers in .38. This one is a bit better due to the added weight of being all steel.

This is the best revolver anybody could ever need. I liked it so much, in the 43 years I have had my concealed carry permit, I have purchased 5 Model 36's over the years. I keep coming back to this gun as it just works best for me. It's the last gun I'll ever have to buy in my life. I remember I paid $150. for my first one, so I will not be selling this one like the last 4 ones. I sold my Colt Cobra to get this gun, as the Colt was to heavy for me. It was a great gun, great trigger pull, but to big for my needs. Can't go wrong with any S&W firearm. Stay safe out there everyone.

Buds is always has good inventory, best prices, and fast shipping with tracking numbers, best deal in town. The Smith and Wesson is, in my opinion, the best made. Too nice to carry, the bodyguard 38 with the crimson tracer is a better carry, both high quality and both shoot 38spc+P 158 grain hollow point. The model 36 allows single action and the Bodyguard 38 is double action only but does not have the hammer where as the hammer on the classic Model 36 will sometimes catch on clothing when conceal carry. At the range and using single action , the model 36 is dead on. When using double action, I tend to have more trigger finger pull and shoot to the right.
