The Sig Sauer P229 elite is the Hulk of all guns..... Very heavy, meaty, and accurate.

I just took delivery of this beautiful gun. This is my third Sig, and my second stainless elite (my first was a P220). As to be expected from Sig Sauer, the precision and build quality are second to none. And the stainless Elite series are near flawless. This gun feels great in the hand. It's heavy and chunky, which for me is perfect. Bud's did a great job with my order, and I will be back for more. Thanks Bud's!

This is one beautiful handgun! Even better looking than Bud's picture. Fired 100 rounds immediately after cleaning and lubing and everything went like clock work. NO malfunctions of any type. It's build date was Jan., 2016. Although a minor positive point, it has the longer extractor that Sig puts on most of their newer pistols. You can't go wrong with Sig Sauer and Bud's. This is my 5th gun bought from Bud's... and each transaction went flawlessly.

Thank you bud's for yet another smooth transaction. I've been wanting this gun for a very long time & I finally got it! What a beautiful gun. A bit heavy & thick at least compared to my other guns but it's justa flawless tank! the reset trigger is amazing the sights are perfect for the day & even better at nite.Double action isn't so bad but the single action is great

This gun is a little hard to find, but is well worth the effort. The first round I fired cut the X out of the bullseye at 15 yards. The worst group is 4 inches at 20 yards in rapid fire. The fit and finish is excellant. It is a little bulky for concealed carry and is a little pricey, but what is your butt worth?

My P229 came today to my local FFL after a long 3 month wait (Layaway). Since it is an expensive firearm I made payments over time, but the wait was more than worth it. The pistol is beautiful! Much to my suprise it came wit 2 mags as well. The 229 is a little on the bulky/heavy side but it shoots like a dream. It doesn't mention it in the description but this is an ELITE model. The new SRT trigger system is very nice and makes follow up shots much more accurate. Breaks down for cleaning easy and is an all around great gun. At the price you pay for it, it better be but you get what you pay for.
